Honduras, May 2014. Stand up paddle boarding SUP. Water Caye is an uninhabited, palm-treed, white sanded Cay, where one can spend the day on a nice, tropical beach or wade in the sandbars. This is truly a great spot for postcard quality pictures, with its white sand, coconut trees and inviting water. There is excellent shallow-water snorkeling off the windward side of the key as well. The Utila Cays (sometimes written Cayes) are a collection of tiny islets located off the southwest corner of the main island of Utila. From the Bay islands on the Caribbean coast, via the lush jungles of the interior to the ancient Mayan culture of Copan, Honduras is one big adventure. Photo by Frits Meyst / MeystPhoto.com
